Has Development Stopped?

I notice that this app, one of my favorites, hasnt updated in awhile, and I am no longer able to post on twitter. I am runningiOS 6 only my iPhone 3GS and dont plan to upgrade my phone, so the apps (like "Quotes Folder") that require iOS 7 are of no use to me.
I have added so many of my favorite quotes that I would really like a way to export them so they are not lost.
